Wheel of Feelings

Feelings can be hard to name. The wheel gives you words for them, from the broad ones at the centre to the more precise ones at the edge.

01

Start at the centre

Pick the core feeling that feels closest right now: happy, sad, angry, fearful and so on.

02

Move outward

Follow that slice to the outer rings, where the words get more specific.

03

Notice what fits

Stay with the word that fits best. There is no right answer, and more than one can be true.
