My Approach
- Integrative: I adapt different therapeutic modalities to suit your unique needs and style. Our work will often involve exploring your emotions to deepen your understanding of who you are and what you want.
- Humanistic: I genuinely believe you have the ability to create your own solutions. Together, we’ll access your emotions and clarify your values. My role is twofold: first, to create a bond where you feel safe and supported in exploring your thoughts and feelings; and second, to assist—and sometimes empathetically challenge—you to see things from new perspectives.
- Focused: From the start, we’ll clarify your goals for therapy. We’ll work toward those objectives with intentional strategies, regularly checking in to assess progress and adjust as needed.
