Psychotherapy for Becoming One!

Welcome to Psykling. This name is because ...
of the word Inkling—those subtle inner messages that hint at what we truly want in life.
At Psykling, our goal is for you to create your own solutions.
To achieve this:
- We build a human connection so you feel safe and start accessing your inklings (what you want) and your strengths (what you already have).
- We bring those insights into real-life practice, learning from your experiences together.
- Through this journey, you grow and create your own solutions.
This journey is about integrating all the parts that make you who you are—your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and values. As these pieces harmonize, they Become One! This is your journey of Becoming One!
The Journey!

You

Me

We
You are here because…
you are following your inklings. Perhaps a part of you is telling you, “Now we need help.” You’ve already tried to resolve your issue and made some progress. Now, you feel that to move forward, help is needed.
I am here because I followed my inklings, too.
For years, I worked as an environmental engineer and researcher. But deep down, from time to time, I was hearing that something was missing.
Those inklings guided me toward years of volunteering. Through those experiences and my own personal journey, I realized that my true passion lies in connecting with people and helping them follow their inklings.
Eventually, I listened to those whispers—and became a psychotherapist.
Are We the Right Team for You?
Therapy works when …
we can connect—not just as therapist and client, but as two human beings.
That connection fosters a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe. In such an environment, you’ll gain clarity, hear your inklings more clearly, and begin building your own solutions.
Here’s a suggestion for checking that connection:
- Read therapist’s bio: Does it resonate with you? If yes
- Take advantage of free consultations: Share what’s going on in your life and what you’re looking for in therapy.
- Reflect on that meeting experience using these three questions:
- Do I feel this person is genuinely interested in knowing me?
- Could this person “get me”?
- Do I feel I want to return for the next session and continue sharing with them?
Our Approach
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology with additional training in childhood trauma and emotion-focused therapy.
My experience spans various areas including:
- Life Transitions: Supporting clients through immigration, career changes, and significant life shifts.
- Relationships: Offering therapy for couples, family dynamics, and communication challenges.
- Self-Esteem: Helping individuals, particularly men, address social isolation, self-worth, and confidence.
- Emotional Well-Being: Supporting clients in overcoming low motivation, anxiety, and struggles with daily tasks to enhance emotional resilience.
In our work, you’ll find it to be:
- Integrative: Tailored therapeutic modalities to fit your needs.
- Humanistic: We believe in your ability to find solutions, fostering a safe space for exploration.
- Focused: Goal-setting and regular check-ins to assess progress.
Do we connect?
Pause and Reflect
Now that you have an idea of how our work together might look, and you’ve heard me speak, it’s time to pause, reflect, and listen to your inner voice. If you feel we may connect, let’s meet for a free consultation.
Free Consultation
In our 15-minute free consultation, we’ll discuss your problems, goals and expectations for therapy. You’ll gain clarity on the next steps, and we’ll both assess if we’re the right fit.
Please, take this with you
Regardless of whether we meet, I want you to take this away:
By seeking support, you:
- Chose hope over giving up.
- Are open to rethinking things.
- Are willing to change despite discomfort.
- Had the bravery to ask for help.
You have the invaluable Readiness for Change—and that’s something to be proud of! With the right support, transformation is possible.
“There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen.”
